A Western province company, WC1, worked with Entour from the outset. WC1 had done their homework and understood that Entour offered market-differentiating product potential. Upon trialing many different formulations and flavors, WC1 was blown-away by the difference in flavor and aroma offered by Entour. Their conclusion: the complexity of the blends clearly mattered to their focus groups palate.
WC1 was faced with a stringent regulator in Health Canada (HC) that expected to see key documentation about additives. Before launching their brand, WC1 had to achieve approval from HC demonstrating that their products did not contain anything harmful or otherwise prohibited by regulation. Entour’s regulatory expertise and documentation helped expedite the process as HC was familiar with the quality of Entour’s offerings. WC1 launched into the top spots of single-unit, vapor product sales in multiple provinces and has not looked back.
