Wholesale questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single 5 mL bottle, with or without a wholesale account.
How is wholesale pricing applied?
Each bottle size has its own wholesale tier. Pricing tiers apply to each individual product SKU, not the total quantity across the entire order, so four 30 mL bottles are priced at the 30 mL tier.
I already have an account. Can it be switched to wholesale?
Yes. Contact our team with the email address on your account and we will set up wholesale pricing on it.
Can I order from outside the US?
Yes. International orders are quoted before you pay: we add shipping and any import duties for your country, then send you an invoice. Live Derived® blends ship to US addresses only.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Only for tax-exempt orders. You can upload your certificate in your account at any time.
Can I get SDS and COA documents?
Yes. They are available on request for every blend.
